Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a part of StockCourse’s purchase agreement with you and apply to the products and services you have selected for purchase, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions issued or stipulated by anyone other than StockCourse. In these terms and conditions, all references to "us", "our" and "we" mean StockCourse whether in its own capacity or as agent of StockCourse.

1. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your registration
Should you elect to cancel or reschedule your registration shortly before the date of the webinar or seminar, StockCourse will not be able to avoid the costs involved in catering for your attendance. For this reason we may charge a fee for the cancellation or rescheduling of your registration as indicated below. All requests to cancel or reschedule your registration must be received by StockCourse in writing, by email or fax.

2. Rescheduling your registration
There is no rescheduling of a webinar or seminar that is purchased as part of a Membership Product. If you choose to reschedule your registration of any other seminar or webinar from the dates originally selected, that is purchased individually, or part of a Home Study Package, then you will incur a rescheduling fee as follows:

30+ days prior to start of webinar/seminar 10% of purchase price
Less than 30 days prior to start of webinar/seminar 20% of purchase price


3. Cancelling your purchase within the cooling-off period
If you choose to cancel your purchase for any reason within 5 business days of your purchase (the "cooling-off period"), then we will refund you the total amount you have paid. If I received any product as part of my purchase, I agree to return the product in 100% re-saleable condition, otherwise, my refund will be minus the cost of any product and associated postage, and the product (due to Intellectual property reasons) shall remain the property of Stockcourse Pty Ltd.

4. Cancelling your purchase after the cooling-off period
There is no credit or refunds for the purchase of our Home Study Packages, Membership Products, or any part thereof. If you choose to cancel your purchase of a Seminar or Webinar for any reason after the cooling-off period you will receive a credit. Credits may not be claimed as refunds; but may be applied towards another purchase. The credit will be for the total amount you have paid for that webinar/seminar. This does not apply to a webinar/seminar as part of a Home Study Package.

5. Coaching and Mentoring Subscriptions are for a minimum initial contract period of 12 months and after the expiration of the first 12 months shall continue on a month by month basis unless notified by you in writing, 30 days notice is required for cancellation of the subscription after the initial 12 month contract.

5a. Exception: $79.00 Special is for 1 month only you will not be debited for any more payments than your initial payment of $79.00.

6. Refunds Should a refund be due to you, we will process it within 10 business days.

7. Webinar/Seminar/Subscription cancellation
If for any reason we deem it necessary to do so, we may cancel the seminar/subscription by notifying you in writing. In this case we will refund the total amount you have paid for your registration or subscription and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

8. Product warranty
If any product that you receive with your registration is found to be faulty, our only obligation to you is to replace the faulty product within 10 business days of your written request.

9. Completion Term
All webinar/seminar registrations included on this form must be completed within 1 year from the original date of purchase, even when the registration has subsequently been rescheduled. There will be no credit for registrations not completed within this time.

10. Deposits for Home Study Packages
We will not accept your purchase for our Home Study Packages until we receive a payment from you equal to or greater than the minimum deposit required. If your deposit is not equal to the minimum deposit required this amount will be held in credit and may not be refunded outside of the cooling off period stated above. The deposit amounts are as per your order schedule:


11. Payment Plans for Home Study Packages
You must pay in full at the time of your purchase for our Home Study Package or elect to be on a payment plan. All payment plans must be paid with a credit card, payments will be deducted every month on the day of the first payment. The payments are deducted as per the schedule on your order:

12. Website Subscriptions
This website offers various subscriptions to our products and services. All subscriptions are for a minimum 12 month period paid monthly, 1 month in advanced. A yearly payment is available for a discount.

13.Collection and Storage of Credit Card Information
Stockcourse will collect and store credit card details in accordance with the PCI Security Standards if you hold a monlth subscription. Staff and system administrators are not able to view full credit card details.

14. Intellectual property
All material relating to the Webinar/Seminar or Home Study Package you have purchased or attended, whether presented during, before or after the Webinar/Seminar, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The copyright in all such cases always remains the property of Stockcourse Pty Ltd.

15. General
The laws of the state of Queensland govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of StockCourse. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to StockCourse under this agreement.
