Q- I did not recieve a reminder for the webinar?

A: Please ensure you have white-listed (this means you have added the address to your list of safe-senders in your email account) the following email addresses:

Please check your spam filter settings and ensure the emails have not gone to junk or been filtered out of your system.

If you have added the above addresses as safe, and still did not recieve the reminder, head to our events page to check if you are registered for the webinar, you will need to be logged in to see your registration status:http://www.stockcourse.net/my-webinars

If you are registered the box on the right hand side will be GREEN and will say REGISTERED. If you are not registered the box will be RED and say REGISTER NOW.

Auto register should be ticked to ensure our system automatically registers you between 3 and 6 days prior to the webinar. If you have manually unticked this box, this may be why you did not recieve your reminder. Please ensure the boxes are ticked.
