FAQ-Having trouble with the sound on my webinar

If you are having trouble with the audio on a webinar when using VOIP then there is an option to listen to the webinar on the telephone.

Using the VOIP consumes a lot more bandwidth and hence can get distorted or drop out and slow down the visual display.

To check your internet speed go to www.speedtest.net you should have a minimum of 3.0 MB/Sec Download for good video and audio streaming.

To check your connection.

First Check that you are out putting to the correct audio device.

Then test your connection to gotomeeting.

If you have a slow connection or are having trouble with sound then choose use telephone.

This gives you the detail of the local phone number to dial in your country.

Dial the number and use the audio access code.
