Q: I am having difficulties watching the webinar, what can I do?
A: If you having difficulties, the first thing you should do is install the GoToMeeting codec. This file should help the webinar run. You'll find this on the page after you have clicked on the webinar link you are emailed. Once you have entered your email, you are then taken to the page which says 'To watch the recorded webinar, please click View Recorded Webinar now.' Under here you can see the link: 'PC Users: You may first need to install the GoToMeeting codec.' This may help you to connect to the webinar.
