Q: I hear the audio, but can’t see anything on the screen?


A: You may have to wait for a few minutes whilst your browser downloads enough visual information to start showing the webinar. This can sometimes take up to 5 minutes. You can continue to listen to the webinar. If you can wait for 2-4 mins, the visuals may appear. If they don’t appear, you can try re-sizing your window. Sometimes visuals appear when the size of the browser window is changed. Go to the top right of your player, and select the middle icon.

You can then grab the bottom corner of your browser window, and click and drag it to a new size. This may enough to start the webinar visuals.
