Q: My webinar keeps starting and stopping -why?


A: You may be having trouble with your internet connection speed, or your Media Player settings. You can access your preferences in your Media Player by opening up the Media Player, and select the ‘Now Playing’ Arrow.

There is a drop down menu. Select ‘More Options...’ from the menu.

Under ‘Network buffering’ select ‘Buffer’ and enter ‘20’ Seconds. If you still have problems, you can select ‘Drop frames to keep audio and video synchronized’ from the ‘DVD and video playback’ menu below the ‘Network Buffering’’ Menu. You can also de-select  the ‘Use video smoothing’ option.
