Q: I am having trouble viewing the webinars – what can I do?
A: There are several things you can do to try and remedy the problem.
First, make sure you are running the recommended media player, Windows Media Player 11.

If you are using a Mac, you should be able to open the webinars in Safari. If you are having troubles with that, try Firefox. You can download the Firefox software here.
