Recipients must have Windows Media 9.0 or higher to view the recorded meeting. If the meeting is sent in the GoToMeeting format, recipients must either have the GoToMeeting software on their computer or install the GoToMeeting Codec at http://www.gotomeeting.com/codec. Note: Mac users can only view meetings recorded in the Windows Media format and may need to click a button to install Windows Media components for QuickTime before viewing.
