StockCourse Pty Ltd trading as "StockCourse", their associates and respective Directors and staff each declare that they, from time to time, may hold interests in securities and/or earn brokerage, fees, interest, or other benefits from products and services mentioned at this event.

The participant shall not rely on any representation made by StockCourse Pty Ltd in relation to the use and operation of the stock market and shall at all times rely upon his/her own investigation as to the veracity of any representations made. The parties agree that StockCourse Pty Ltd shall not be liable for, and the participant hereby releases, discharges and forever holds harmless StockCourse Pty Ltd with respect to any and all causes of action, claims, (including, but not limited to claims for legal cost and consequential or economic loss) demands action, suits or proceedings of whatsoever nature whether by virtue of the operation of the law of contract, law of tort, including but not limited to the law of negligence, statute or otherwise. And accordingly, the participant hereby waives any and all rights it may have against StockCourse Pty Ltd arising out of the law of contract, tort, (including negligence) breach of statute or otherwise. The parties hereby agree that this clause may be pleaded by StockCourse Pty Ltd as a bar to any action commenced now or taken anytime by the participant against StockCourse Pty Ltd with respect to or in any way connected with the event StockCourse Pty Ltd is an Authorised Representative No. 286344 of Avestra Capital Pty Ltd ASIC License Number 292464.
